Fancy Dress Parties -Thurs 24th October

 Don`t forget the PTA fancy dress parties this coming Thursday (24th October)!

- Nursery (donation of £1 requested), 2pm – 3pm.  Refreshments and party games included. Please could children wear their fancy dress to school INSTEAD of their uniform that day.

- Infants (Reception, Yr1 and Yr2 only) (£1.50 entry), 5 - 6.30pm. Disco. Refreshments provided. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE COLLECTED BY AN ADULT FROM THE HALL AT THE END OF THE PARTY.

- Juniors (£1 entry), 7 - 8.30pm. Disco. Refreshments available to buy. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE COLLECTED BY AN ADULT FROM THE HALL AT THE END OF THE PARTY.

Fancy dress is optional and it doesn`t have to be Halloween themed.

Summer Fayre Poster

Non-School uniform day - Friday 14th June

There will be a non-school uniform on Friday 14th June for this your child is requested to bring in a forfeit for the Summer Fayre.

Nursery/Reception   - Pre-packed cakes
Y1/2 and unit  -  Fathers Day Gift
Y3/4 - Tins and Jars for 'tin stall'
y5/6 - Bottles for 'bottle  stall'

Stalls are filling up fast. Please let us know ASAP if you would like a stall. Or if there is a stall you would like to see at the fayre.

PTA Meeting -Thursday 11th 6pm

Just to let you know that there will be a PTA meeting on Thursday 11th April at 6pm in the School staff room. Ideas for the Summer Term fund raising will be discussed and dates set. Please come along, the meeting should last about 1 hour. If you can't make the meeting and have some ideas just let Laura [chair], Jodie [Vice-chair], Helen [Secretary] or Tina [Treasurer] know.

PTA Easter Fayre - Fri 15th March - 3.30pm

Dear Parent/Guardian,

With half term behind us Easter is just around the corner and it’s nearly time for the Easter fayre.  Please come along and support the school, browse amongst our many stalls and try your luck at our raffle. Entry will be 50p per adult (which includes a raffle ticket for our adult raffle draw). Entry for children is free.

Also on the 15^th March, we will be holding a non-uniform day. Forfeits for this are Easter eggs.

 We are also collecting toys, games and books (in good, resalable condition) – donations will be gratefully received ON THE MORNING OF 15^th MARCH ONLY PLEASE.

P.S.  There are some stalls remaining for the fayre. If you would like to take a stall at the fayre (or know someone who would), please enquire at the school office. Stalls are £10 each.

Maesybryn PTA

Quiz Night at Crown Hill Community Hall

Friday 1^st February 2013 @ 7.30pm

Maesybryn PTA is holding its annual Quiz Night for the grown-ups at the above venue and date/time. This is a really fun event so please come along. Tickets are £6 per person and can be bought at the school office. The ticket price includes a meal (chicken and chips or a vegetarian option) – you will be asked for your meal choice when purchasing your tickets.

ALL DRINKS MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE HALL LICENCED BAR ONLY.
